St. Patrick’s Day is coming up and the Food Network has plenty of delicious looking options to feast upon, including my family’s favorite, the ever so popular corned beef and cabbage. The holiday is one where many Americans becomes Irish at heart. People are dancing, laughing and smiling while enjoying great food and each other’s company. So, let’s get ready wear our green outfits, show off our gold laced shamrock spectacles, and brag about that one glorious springtime we found a four leaf clover. So who has actually seen a leprechaun?
